SIGNIFICANT PROJECTS
Business Strategy Development: Joined with senior management from a Fortune 100 life insurance corporation in activities contributing to the creation of a five year business strategy. Created strategic questions and conducted interviews of sixty senior management stakeholders within field management, product development, marketing, human resources, operations and legal. Organized information and facilitated discussions about trends, gaps, and needs. Culminated the project with the facilitation and documentation of a two day offsite of twelve senior executives to identify major strategy components and a strategic employee communication plan.
Business Meeting Facilitation: In partnership with Stromberg Consulting, NYC, for Pfizer Global Research and Development, organized, facilitated and documented a series of on-site and international conference call meetings towards the development of a financial approval process for scientific research projects. The activity culminated with the planning and facilitation of a two day international meeting held in Boston, MA. Identified meeting objectives, designed meeting format and agenda, and managed the meeting preparations. Facilitated the two day session with attention to goals, international culture and limited timeframe. Documented results and next step recommendations for the client.
Job Aid and Script Development: For ING North America Worksite Financial Services, in conjunction with the implementation of new services and products, create tools to assist employees with the knowledge needed to inform customers of critical information. Scripts, tips sheets, sample screens, info brochures, slim jims, on-line manuals and sample customer materials are created to ensure marketing and service employees maintain momentum during a new product or service launch.
Employee Education and Development: For Radio Frequency Systems, a global designer and manufacturer of cable and antenna systems for wireless infrastructure, created a 12 month first line supervisory basic leadership development program for a multi-cultural, multi-language and multi-shift audience. Services included the design, development and delivery of leadership modules inclusive of monthly classroom training, self-assessment questionnaire, peer discussions and manager intervention. In addition, created a supervisory competency model reflecting all technical and supervisory competencies, job accountabilities and a career development roadmap.
Industry Research: For ING North America Healthcare and Not for Profit Markets, engaged in the research, interpretation and customer retirement plan impacts of the 2007 IRS publication of new 403(b) regulations. Researched and gathered specific information via the internet, phone inquiries, industry networking and interviews to gain understanding of the associated industry issues, market impacts, competitor position and ING messaging.
Project Partnership: Participate as a project manager or team member to clients, enabling project deliverables to be met in a timely manner within budget. Project partnership services include project consulting, information gathering, meeting facilitation, documentation needs, drawing conclusions and communication material development.
Marketing Communication Assistance: Assist eCommerce and Marketing Communications staffs by collecting content and drafting communication pieces. Participate in website navigation strategy sessions and determining intuitive locations for content placement on websites. Key projects: ING Corporate Markets Client Relations Manager intranet website and ING 403(b) Public internet website.
